THE ORIGIN OF DISEASE: A CONCLUSIVE ENTRY

WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

The intention of this blog site is to explore the origin of disease.     Since I'm not a psychiatrist, psychologist or a doctor specializing in any type of medical practice, this exposé is strictly my opinion and not fact.

As I continued writing, I considered the fact that there are so many unanswered questions regarding disease making it one of life's greatest mysteries.      While I pondered the subject attempting to figure out some answers for myself, I also thought about the possibility that disease might not always originate from some bacteriological or other physical malfunction.      It might also be born from a void left within us that's a result of not knowing who we are and what our purpose in life might be.      Since we strive to complete ourselves, where there is emptiness, or a void, we will instinctively struggle to fill that emptiness with worthwhile and fulfilling attributes.      If we're unsuccessful at completing this task correctly, the resulting emotional emptiness and frustration will be filled in spite of what we aren't able to accomplish ourselves.

It's no secret as to the havoc our emotions can play on our physical health and the serious illnesses that can result.     Thus, in my opinion, it's not a stretch to believe that all too often, this emptiness can be filled with disease.

Readers should also keep in mind that there is an overall message contained in everything I write.     One of the initial purposes for suffering is that it actually encourages and inspires our growth and maturation.   However, it is also my sincere belief that the main reason mankind continues to experience such massive, inexplicable suffering and pain is because sin is at the core of our being and we've been steadfast in excluding God from our lives.    Unless we acknowledge and accept our Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, the suffering will continue until God Himself puts an end to our stubborn refusal to accept Him and His Laws.

God has a plan which embodies three stages of events to bring about the goals He intends to accomplish.      These events will happen on a WORLDWIDE SCALE:          the Rapture, the Tribulation, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.     For urgent information regarding these end-time events that will occur at a future time and include every person on this earth (without exception), please visit my website entitled THE WORLD . . . OR GOD?         In the meantime, I'll continue to discuss the many faculties that I believe contribute to the human experience which culminates into a more complete summary of the possible reasons for all of our troubles.

Barak Obama: Have We Seen the Change We Hoped For?

History was made when Barack Obama was elected as the first Black President of the United States.   Many Americans expressed genuine hope that change would accompany this historic breakthrough and therefore, they gratefully welcomed this advancement as a significant benefit for the future of this country.

I too experienced elation because Barack Obama presented himself as a noble and well-guided human being.    This was extremely refreshing to me because I've never really felt a connection with the government of this country.   To me, it had always felt like on the one hand, the government was some kind of machine programmed to perform certain functions and operations, and on the other hand, I was living my life, having little or nothing to do with the government.    With Barack Obama, however, it felt like the United States finally had a candidate in office who knew what it felt like to live in this day and age as a resident of this country; a candidate who understood the needs of all people who were in a struggle to survive hardships of enormous proportions.    And most importantly, America now had a candidate whom I believed would honestly do all within his power to help restore this country to a stable position so people could begin the process of healing that we so desperately needed.

Unfortunately, my hopes have not been realized.      America is still in a desperate state where few are thriving, a minority is sustaining, but the majority is sinking.        But it is important to note that President Obama cannot be blamed for this continued downfall.     He took over a country that's been drowning in despair for a long time because patterns have been set by those before him that have kept the United States in the grips of obscurity.     It should be noted that President Obama has introduced a number of worthy programs, especially in the area of saving homes during the real estate collapse.    However, no one person can be expected to break the counteractive model that has been set up in this country.    It should also be noted that over the years, there have been numerous news reports about the leaders of this country engaging in one particular custom that has certainly contributed to this country's degeneration.     These news reports imply that over the years, those responsible for running this country have engaged in undisciplined spending practices that have wasted billions of dollars that could've been put to better use to prevent the current economic breakdown.

The United States is set on a path of destruction and we've come to the point that it no longer matters whether President Obama is trying to change this or whether he's actually contributing to this situation.     The fact remains that we're in over our heads.      We're drowning in the muck and mire of this world which certain people following their own agendas have created and if we don't get a lifeline thrown to us soon, we're going to die.      Yes, I'm talking doomsday talk here.      And yes, doomsday talk has been around for a long time and people have always dismissed it as something only paranoid people will take seriously.       After all, why concern ourselves when so far, we've been able to recover from the many serious catastrophic events that have occurred?

However, we're not dead yet so there's still room for salvation.     With this in mind, it must be recognized that the burden of change doesn't rest solely on the government.    Each person in this country has a job to do when it comes to the restoration of America.    While our leadership will obviously have to take inventory to find out what has gone wrong in government in the past and what will be necessary to do in the future, at the same time, the general public is also going to have to take responsibility for the part we've played in the slow disintegration of this country.    I can't comment in specific detail on what our leadership will have to do because I'm not a politician.    But as a citizen of the United States, I can talk about the mistakes I've made to contribute to this mess, and I can speak of the mistakes I believe others have made which, all totaled, was the part we the people have played in bringing this country to its knees.

One very important place in which responsible behavior is necessary deals with the subject of credit, an area where so many of us have had our downfalls.    Credit has been a destructive force in the lives of many individuals and families and we must now view it in its proper perspective.     Originally, credit came into existence as financial assistance for emergency or important purposes.        Currently, however, credit is used to purchase everything from cars and homes to the morning cup of coffee, and everything in between but credit is NOT free money.    It's money that HAS to be paid back, a fact that seems to have eluded many of us.    With this in mind, people should consider very carefully before seeking credit, and credit card companies should be more rigid about extending credit and setting more reasonable credit limits.     It's because people had begun to view credit as something to be spent at the drop of a hat, and credit card companies viewed this as an opportunity to make big bucks, that the people in this country have now been caught in one of the worst financial traps in history.     It's my intention to eliminate credit from my life whenever and wherever possible and deal only in debit and I believe if all people began to operate in this fashion, this country would be able to breathe a lot easier!

There are other areas in our lives that we'll need to revisit but that visitation has to be left up to each individual person.    The point is we can't and shouldn't depend on President Obama or any other government officials to create the miraculous resolutions it will take to get our house in order.      Let's do our utmost best to first eliminate the bad habits in our own lives which will then make us better and stronger citizens for America!

However, before we attempt to do anything, let's turn our attention fully to God, our Father, and His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ to help us straighten out what we're not capable of fixing.      It is only then that there will be the guarantee that mankind will finally evolve into its true nature.

Election Day in America: Was This a Day of Change, or Has Disease Continued to Fester???

We're now almost at the end of the first term with President Obama at the helm.      There was great optimism on that day when he was sworn in as president because so many believed that America was finally going to usher in a new era that would recapture some of the life-saving qualities that this country has been known for in the past.      Has this happened?

Sadly, it has not.      I've mentioned that it would be unfair to rely totally on the President of the U.S. to completely turn things around because there's too much to be done and much of the work that needs to be done is within us.    The human race has been damaged to a point where many of us have become diseased in the mind, body, and spirit.    For REAL change, we must get in touch with ourselves    . . .    and then for the FIRST time in a long time, we must re-connect with God, our Father, through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The healing that's required in America will not come from President Obama, or any other politician because the problems in the United States have become too extensive and overwhelming.    Yes, it's possible we may receive a little relief from this predicament because of some new and beneficial policy that's activated but as long as we continue to ignore the fact that we need God, then that relief will only be temporary at best.      As long as mankind continues to operate without God in our lives, we'll only dig ourselves deeper holes to fall into at a future time.      This means that ultimately, America will only wind up facing the same dilemmas again    . . .    and again    . . .    and again.

Are we tired yet?      Have we had enough of the same old soup warmed over?     Then let's get together and call upon our Father, through our Lord Jesus Christ to finally see the entire human race assembled in the way God originally intended!

The Diagnosis is in -- America Has Contracted Cancer

The United States has undergone a checkup and the diagnosis is in:    the country is dying and there is little hope for its survival.

What has happened to this once-great country?    I hear some politicians still refer to America as the greatest country in the world.    However, I'm afraid those politicians are the only ones who can make this declaration as it seems they are far removed from the distressful pangs their citizens have experienced.

First, there was the slow excision of God and our Lord Jesus Christ from our minds and hearts.    Some of this process was imposed upon us    . . .    and some of the process we willingly chose and accepted.    Whichever was the case, it was the wrong thing to do because our very lives begin and end with God and our Lord Jesus Christ.    Indeed, we all must concede to the fact that if, for whatever reason, God should decide that one, some, or all of us wouldn't wake up tomorrow morning, then there would be absolutely NOTHING that ANY of us could do about this decision but accept it and die.    This being an unquestioned fact, how then can we turn our backs on God and exclude Him from our lives???

Secondly, exclusion of the PRINCIPAL catalyst in our lives is precisely what has been done in the United States and this has resulted in, among other things, the obliteration of our precious heritage.    The main problem encountered is loss of identity.      Since God is the Author of our lives, He is the only one qualified to define us.    Without God and our Lord Jesus Christ, we lose sight of our origins and the true meaning of life.    America has lost its unique identity.    A large emptiness, a void, has now become clearly noticeable but the first reaction is to pretend that this void doesn't exist.

America's identity was once described in our history books    . . .    at least it was in the history books with which I was educated.    This country was founded on Biblical principles and the Word of God.    However, this teaching has changed considerably over the years.    Vital information regarding our beginnings has been excluded from the educational process and with this exclusion goes the very character which defined America and set her apart from all the other countries of the world.

In my opinion, losing our identity is the first step in contracting a disease.    When we lose our identity, it weakens our character along with our foundations and principles and we then lose the inborn strength needed to fight off disease.    When we lose our identity, we lose the ability to unite our forces and stand tall against disease.    The most noticeable example of this breakdown of unity and strength is in the family structure.    America's strength and foundation relies totally on the family structure and in the majority of cases, this structure has been annihilated.    We've gone from generations of families with solid family structures who remained together throughout many lifetimes, to children being predominantly raised in one-parent homes, foster homes or simply remaining in the system itself.    Unfortunately most times, these remaining parts stand alone and don't have the strength to survive.    From here, the only direction is down and plunge, we did    --    into all kinds of sick versions of "substitute families".

Dismissing God has had grave consequences on the United States and the changes that have resulted over the years have been severe.    Besides the breakdown of the family, there was also a radical change in the United States when immigration to this country, legal and illegal, became more prominent.    In the beginning, the immigration process for the most part was properly tracked and immigrants were advised of and instructed in the laws of the United States.    They were inspired to contribute their very best in whatever they did and they felt honored to oblige and obey these new rules and regulations.    They had fled from countries that offered little toward their survival and they considered it a privilege to be in America and to be granted the opportunity to make a better life for themselves and their families.    Everything was fine because immigrants respected America and had great faith in this country and the promise of peace and prosperity it offered to all who lived here.     It was also an honor and a pleasure to have this vastly different and talented membership from other races and cultures become citizens of the United States.

However somewhere along the line, this country lost control of the immigration process and illegal immigration, which was at one time inconspicuous, then became the notorious way of entering into America.    The illegal immigrants then began to abide not by United States laws, but by the laws of their own cultures.    The result is we now have a diluted country where the American root no longer exists.  We have to search far and wide to find a true American characterized by those who were born, raised, lived by the American ideology, and eventually died in this country (this includes the legal immigrants and their families who became American citizens as well).    Instead, "American" now means a hodgepodge of cultures and races, each separately defined by the civilizations from which they emerged.    Add to this the fact that for many of us, the core foundation of being human (i.e., high regard for life and respect for fellow human beings) has evaporated into thin air and an even greater loss is experienced.    We no longer think of the survival of the human race as a whole.    Instead, it's every man for himself and therefore, it's what each individual thinks that matters most.    We already know that what may be good for one could be totally disastrous for another.

Enter disease:   Greed.    Hatred.    Jealousy.    Deception.    Murder.    Extortion.    Theft.    Sexual misconduct and abuse.    Abortion.    etc., etc.    The list is unending and over the decades, these negative traits have entered into the lives of all of us carrying disease on its back.    The building blocks of our moral and intellectual prowess have been broken down to a point where we've become almost helpless when it comes to correcting our situations.    Resulting Diagnosis?    America has contracted cancer which is described as a malignant, destructive growth that spreads and when left unchecked, eats away and eventually destroys the person or entity afflicted with the disease.

Something had to fill the void that entered into our lives when we expelled God and this void was overcome with cancer.    And the cancer that began as benign is in jeopardy of becoming malignant    . . .    if it hasn't already.    Immediate treatment is needed but this cancer has been detected at a very late stage.    This means treatment may be successful    . . .    and it may not.    My suggestion is NOT to continue depending on mankind to find a cure, especially since MANKIND IS THE PROBLEM.

We should stop trying to solve this problem in a piecemeal fashion on our own.    This only leaves us feeling like we're ok today, but we feel worse tomorrow; we take two steps today but fall back four steps tomorrow (I think you know the feeling).    Let us turn to the experts who know and understand us and the causes of the perils in our lives better than any of us will ever know.

I don't know about any of you, but after wheeling and dealing for so long with my own ineptitude and the inabilities of others, I eagerly look forward to turning to the one entity who knows ALL the answers to everything I've been looking for:

That entity is our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the ONLY way back to the Father of us all.    With this thought in mind, I say a silent prayer for America with the hope that she will find her way back to her beginnings where she rightfully belongs    . . .    with God, our Father and His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.    Amen.

Disease: How it All Begins . . .

Disease:  How it All Begins

What you are about to read is totally my opinion; an opinion reached after years of participation in the human experience and the pain that can be encountered.

Disease is a prevalent fixture in our world, so much so that it appears to be a natural part of our lives.    It seems like we accept disease as an inevitable part of life which we can't escape.         I suppose that's a logical conclusion since millions of people have been affected, but my inquisitive nature drove me to dig a little deeper.    Even though to date, no cures have been found for most of the terminal diseases that exist, I dare to offer conclusions which I've come to believe could be at the heart of this problem.

I've discovered that as a society, we tend to readily run and hide from the truth.       Our very nature consists of choosing actions and emotions that are contrary to what and who we are.       Many have chosen to cover up devastating occurrences that have happened in their lives and suppression can and does lead to illness.        Then, proceeding to hide the illness follows as well.        Add to this the leeches (or "needy" people) who wade through our lives and suck us dry, and we now have a formula that is designed to open the door to an array of diseases that eventually destroy us.

An example of this is when we adopt a lie, and continue to live that lie throughout our lifetime.        While doing this, the lie clings to us, extracting the little positive energy we can produce.         We choke on denial of the truth while convincing ourselves of this lie.       This in turn causes us to lose sight of those wonderful emotions such as love, peace and joy which, incidentally, happens to be the perfect medicine for our anomaly.

While existing in this pathetic state, we attract all the wrong people and as we reach out to these people seeking relief, energy is depleted and we’re consumed with exhaustion instead.       Is it no wonder that after twisting ourselves inside out like this that we're no longer able to find the real us?       And even if we are still fortunate enough to have retained part of our own character, we'll find that it's been so long since we've seen our true selves that we're now beyond recognition!      Result?       We're living with a stranger within and that stranger is ourselves.

I believe this self-estrangement to be an inherent cause of mental illness because we are alienated from ourselves.        Losing touch with ourselves jeopardizes our internal defense mechanisms, introducing another way for disease to set in.

Before we completely die inside, there still exists a lone spark of life within us, driving us to find a resolution.       As death continues to overtake that spark of life, we are driven to act out our problems in an attempt to resolve them.       At this point, it's likely that desperation has set in which hampers our ability to discern what's right and wrong.        Thus, seeking a resolution can involve delving into some of the degrading and regrettable acts around us, and these acts continue to eat away at our nature while dissolving our souls.

This may sound like a lot of psychological babble, especially to some young folks who may be reading this, because many may not as yet have experienced some of the emotional mishaps described here.        However, this doesn't mean there's no truth to what has been written, to which most of the older generations can attest.        For the older generation, the words written here will tug at their heartstrings as they instinctively recognize this as an explanation of some of what they've experienced.

Therefore, if our insides haven't yet been eaten alive, perhaps we can face up to all that we've been through and begin the healing process.    We can start by making a commitment to stop torturing ourselves by maintaining lies and deceits.

A lot of what I've just expressed results from what I've experienced as a woman, either within my own life or what I've observed happening to those nearest and dearest to me.    But in actuality, this is NOT just a solo experience. Disease creeps into every race and gender as the situation discussed here represents much of what many people in this world have undergone, all within the parameters of their own lives.       I submit that people of all races and genders, for one reason or another, have spent a good deal of their lives committed to the suppression of truth.       And I believe that the monumental price for this commitment has been to expose ourselves to myriad diseases:    Mental Disease (i.e., neurosis, psychosis, schizophrenia, etc.);   Emotional Disease (i.e., bi-polar disorders, narcissism, anti-social behavior, etc.);   Physical Disease (the most commonly experienced is Cancer in all its forms and manifestations);   and perhaps the greatest loss of all, Spiritual Disease    . . .    or the absence of God!

Family Genealogy Can Answer Many Questions about our Ancestry

Your Family Ancestry has a Story to Tell!!!

It’s a common outcry proclaimed by many:      WHO AM I?      Yet, although this question is asked by many, few receive adequate answers.         Perhaps this is because the answers extend beyond us.       After all, we are part of a world that currently has more than seven billion people.       Among these seven billion people are groups of families and it’s within these families that suitable answers can be found.      However, what about those who came before us?       Is it possible to obtain insights on a more profound level from our ancestors?

Family genealogy is a recorded history of a person’s ancestry that people seek out and study to learn about their family lineage.        Reviewing genealogical records and studying key historical documents can bring clarity and understanding into our lives.      Add to this the fact that we can learn about the characters and personalities of our relatives before us, and we now have the formula for discovering from where and how we’ve evolved into who we are, hence acquiring a better perception and sense of ourselves.

Discovering our genealogical origins will also put pieces together regarding our health.        Knowing our family history will bridge the gap between our past and present which in turn, introduces a new awareness in us simply because we now know more today than we did yesterday!        With knowledge comes peace of mind and there’s no better medicine for our health than peace of mind.

What we must remember is that we don’t stand alone.         Alone we are but a fragment within the sea of life that stretches across the sands of time so if we continue to center our focus only on ourselves, then our lives will always be a mystery to us.       In order to see the complete picture, we’ll have to study our lives in its entirety and this will include delving into our family history.       There are numerous websites available that provide access to free genealogy websites.         Check into your genealogy tree for free starting with these websites:
